Returns policy
You can return an unused item within 7 days of receiving it.
Conditions
The item must have its tags, labels, accessories and packaging, and must not have been used.
How to return
Call 093 205 9267 or email support@choiee.com with your order number. We will tell you how to send the item back.
Return shipping
If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, Choiee pays.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and check the item, we refund you or exchange it for another product, as you prefer. We will tell you the refund timing when you contact us.
